More About Me

My Story
I’ve always thought of baby sleep like a puzzle, there are so many pieces, and when you’re exhausted, it can feel hard to solve.
With my first daughter, I tried to do everything “right.” I tracked schedules closely, questioned every choice, and worried that holding her, responding quickly, or contact napping meant I was creating bad habits. I spent a lot of time not trusting myself.
When my second daughter came along, I knew I didn't want to have the same experience. I learned that there are no bad habits only babies with needs. I stopped chasing perfect sleep and started listening to my instincts. I realized I got to choose what our sleep journey looked like.
That experience led me to become a certified Baby-Led Sleep and Well-Being Specialist. I wanted parents to know what I wish I had known sooner: you can be responsive, hold your baby, and still get more sleep.
Today, my approach is attachment-based, and personalized. I support families in a way that feels reassuring and realistic.
