CERTIFIED PEDIATRIC SLEEP CONSULTANT
Your baby's sleep makes sense.
You just need someone
to explain it.
Responsive, biology-first sleep support for families.
For the parent Googling "why won't my baby sleep past 5am"
For the mom who has tried everything and still doesn't know why.
You're in the right place
THIS IS FOR YOU IF
You know this feeling
5:02am
You're lying in bed Googling "baby waking early again" and you are trying to figure out what to try next
Bedtime takes over an hour
You've tried earlier, later, longer wind-down and it still takes over an hour every time
27 minute nap every time
Longer wake windows, shorter wake windows and you still get a short nap every time.
You've read everything
Every sleep account, every book and you still don't know what to do with your baby
There is so much information about baby sleep out there. And most of it is contradictory
As a first time mom I followed advice that didn't feel right because I thought I had to. I don't want that for someone else.
You don't have to follow anything that goes against your instincts. You just need someone to help you understand what's actually happening with your baby's sleep so you can make decisions that feel right for your family.
YOU'RE IN THE RIGHT PLACE
This is for you if...
You're nights feel like an endless cycle of wake-ups and you don't know how to break it
Naps are short, unpredictable or a battle every single time
Bedtime is taking forever and you're dreading it before it even starts
You've tried everything you've read online and nothing has stuck
You want to understand what's actually going on with your baby's sleep, not just follow a schedule
You want support that respects your baby and feels right for your family

HERE'S WHAT CHANGES
More predictable naps. Calmer bedtimes. And a parent who gets to the end of the day feeling like they actually know their baby.
That confidence changes everything

HI, I'M MEGAN
I lived both versions.
This is why I became a sleep consultant
When I had my first daughter I was completely convinced that if I just did everything right I could perfect her sleep. So I followed all the advice. Strict schedules, sleep apps, getting her to fall asleep independently even though her temperament made every attempt was a battle. I watched the clock instead of watching her. And every nap, every bedtime I dreaded. Because nothing felt right.
Then I had my second daughter and I knew I didn't want to have the same experience when it came to sleep. Life was also way busier chasing a toddler and having a baby. I couldn't follow a schedule to the minute and I stopped trying to get it perfect. I watched her and waited until she told me she was tired. And most importantly I trusted myself. And she slept beautifully.
That experience, more than anything is what made me want to be a sleep consultant. Because I lived both versions. The one where I sleep trained and followed everyone else's advice. And the one where I trusted myself, the biology and everything felt way more natural to me. And I want that second version for every family I work with.

After 3 nights using Megan’s plan, my 8-month-old started sleeping 7 hours straight I actually woke up feeling rested for the first time in months

I’m so thankful I connected with Sleepy Time Baby. It’s hard to admit how challenging motherhood has been, and the biggest struggle by far has been the lack of sleep—for two years. My son had been waking up at 4 or 5 a.m. every single day, and I finally reached a point where I knew I needed help. I’m so glad I reached out to Megan—I only wish I had done it sooner.
Within just a couple of weeks, Megan helped me adjust his schedule and shared tips and tricks I couldn’t find anywhere online. Now—something I never thought I’d say—he sleeps until 7:30 a.m., and I actually have to wake him up!
If you’re even thinking about asking for help, do it. This has truly been the best investment I’ve ever made

We always struggled with short naps and I never thought naps could work like this. Two weeks in and my toddler takes consistent naps, and I finally have my afternoons back
